| Geisinger is seeking a BC/BE Nephrologist to join a thriving practice in our State College/Lewistown, PA location. We are seeking an energetic individual committed to quality delivery of clinical care. Join a group of three nephrologists and one physician assistant to participate in the division’s expanding clinical activities. The division of Nephrology provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient subspecialty services including: evaluation of AKI, critical care consultation, CCRT, acute and chronic dialysis, outpatient management of CKD, multidrug resistant hypertension clinics, pre-transplant kidney evaluations and postoperative/long term management of kidney transplant recipients. The State College/Lewistown region offers an outstanding quality of life in a university town environment, including excellent restaurants and cultural activities, and some of the top nationally-ranked public and private schools. State College offers easy access to Interstate-80 and a local airport for weekend getaways to Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and New York City. This provider will see patients at Geisinger Scenery Park Clinic in State College, and Geisinger Community Medicine Clinic in Lewistown, PA, in conjunction with inpatient consults at Mount Nittany Medical Center and Geisinger Lewistown Hospital.
