Maine Nephrology Associates (MNA), an independent 12 physician specialty practice, is seeking a full time Nephrologist. The candidate we seek must be BC/BE in Nephrology with a high interest in chronic kidney disease. This is a partnership eligible position with a competitive reimbursement plan and a generous benefits and retirement package. Incorporated in Portland, Maine in 1971, MNA is a thriving practice with a mission to provide outstanding patient care, teaching, and research. We provide dialysis services including CRRT, PD, HD, and TPE, together with consultative and interventional nephrology services for Southern Maine. In addition, we are the sole providers of transplant care for the entire state, as well as southern New Hampshire. MNA has a strong nephrology fellowship program and participates in resident and medical student education. All of our physicians serve on the faculty of Tufts University School of Medicine, and many members of our faculty are actively involved with both clinical and translational research. MNA also has a collaborative relationship with Maine Medical Center, Portland’s 637-bed, non-profit hospital, the largest source of tertiary care and the largest teaching hospital in northern New England.
