The Manager, Talent Development & Training Systems will be responsible for managing the creation, development, planning, implementation and evaluation of talent development programs for SHC employees.
Essential Functions:
Manages training programs and implementation of tools, projects and programs; includes direct communication and relationship development with new or existing staff, with ongoing interaction with training staff, as well as training support for clinicians in Satellite Dialysis centers.
Integrates the training of clinical applications, such as SPIN, within clinical education programs and provides guidance or support.
Supports and manages the building, implementation and execution of Satellite Healthcare University, including a culture of high performance, continuous learning and accountability for talent development.
Collaborates with SMEs in the development and implementation of needed department, and individual development programs by integrating adult learning principles, research, leadership competencies, and core job functions.
Partners with the VP of Training & Education to ensure buy-in and adoption with senior leadership and stakeholders.
Manages and conducts needs analysis to proactively create and update course curriculum.
Manages the revisions of training plans and content to comply with the growing needs of SHC.
Applies modern instructional design and utilizes technology for efficient learning delivery.
Manages development and design of training development strategies that support business goals.
Participates as requested in new business initiatives by providing training and people development plans.
Manages and maintains training evaluation and effectiveness metrics and ROI measurements.
Recruits and retains an appropriate sized team to meet Satellite Healthcare growth demand.
Support the development of measures, benchmarks and scorecards to monitor the effectiveness of talent development efforts.
Supports optimal functionality of the LMS by maintaining daily operation, identifying opportunities for improvement, and addressing system issues.
Analyze training needs based on number of users, recertification requirements, number of new hires and provide suggestions for number and types of training the team needs to offer.
Provides technical administrative for web-based organizational tools, including certifications, observation checklists, WebEx sessions, social learning communities, online course publication, and online course assignments.

Minimum Education & Experience:
Master’s degree (Bachelor +relevant experience considered) in Adult Education, Organizational Development, Information Technology, Talent Development or related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in an Adult Education/Training leadership role.
2 to 4 years’ proven experience leading and managing direct reports, such as Instructional Designers and LMS Administrators.
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Demonstrated proficiency in LMS administration designing online learning and education programs.
Experience in group facilitation, coaching and leading teams in performance improvement strategies.
Solid knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
