The Department of Medicine's Division of Nephrology at the University of Virginia, School of Medicine, is seeking applicants for a tenure-ineligible Clinical Faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor at our Lynchburg, Virginia area location. The UVA Health System has five long-established dialysis units in Lynchburg, Amherst, Appomattox, and Alta-Vista, Virginia, including a vibrant home dialysis program.
Candidates must have an MD or equivalent, be board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine and Nephrology by appointment start date and have a commitment to clinical excellence and teaching. Candidates must also possess excellent oral and written communication skills and experience working across disciplines.
