Physician - Nocturnist Swing Shift Part-Time

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a part-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Nocturnist to work swing shift and meet the growing demand of our Hospitalist Program at Franciscan Health Crown Point.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will be an Internal Medicine physician, who wants to be a part of the Franciscan Health Hospitalist/Nocturnist Program. Candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Physician will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients and their families. Physician will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Part-time nocturnist and swing shift schedule

• Some outreach shifts at our Hammond, Munster, and Dyer locations

• Inpatient average volume: 5 - 10 patients per shift

• Central line placement and intubation procedures preferred

• ACLS/BCLS required

• Open ICU

• Respond to Code Blue's

• Strong collegial support from specialists

• Common Diagnoses:

COPD

Heart Failure

Pneumonia

Renal Failure

Sepsis
