Nemours Children's Health Delaware is seeking a Pediatric APP for our Nephrology Team!

The Nephrology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) provides independent and collaborative care with Nephrologists for pediatric nephrology patients. Responsibilities include evaluation of dialysis patients in collaboration with dialysis physician, out-patient nephrology clinics, help with management of the ambulatory blood pressure monitor readings, and participation in multidisciplinary clinics for patients with chronic kidney disease. Interested candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a willingness to engage with a dynamic healthcare team. While prior pediatric nephrology experience is preferred, new to practice APPs with prior pediatric experience will be considered.

Requirements:

APRN:

• Current unrestricted Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner License to practice in the state(s) in which privileges are sought
• Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Certification via National Certification Center
• AHA BLS
• Delaware RN (or compact state), DE APRN, DE CSR, DE DEA
• Additional state licensure may be required

PA-C

• Current unrestricted Physician Assistant License to practice in the state(s) in which privileges are sought
• National Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
• AHA BLS
• Delaware license, DE CSR, DE DEA
• Additional state licensure may be required.
