Advanced Practice Registered Nurses / Physician Assistants

An exciting opportunity awaits in Seattle, Washington for a committed nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our growing transplant nephrology practice located at First Hill. This full-time position is centered on inpatient and outpatient care, supporting a group of three transplant nephrologists. We provide a competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package. An applicant with prior experience in transplant medicine, nephrology, internal medicine or related sub-specialties is desired but not required. The successful candidate will be trained and supported by our team of experienced transplant nephrologists. The successful candidate will participate in on-call transplant nephrology weekend coverage (approximately 8-10 inpatients on a 1:8 weekend rotation), closely collaborating with the transplant team complemented by coordinators and a robust MA/RN team within the First Hill Swedish Organ Transplant Department at Swedish Medical Center.

Compensation is between $120,711 and $158,354 per year
The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
